Product Overview
STW-1000C is a mini integrated power supply unit developed by our Sunchonglic factory in Foshan. It integrates four core functions: DC to AC power conversion, intelligent battery charging, mains power priority automatic switching and circuit protection. It adopts DC12V battery supply, adapts to AC 100V-250V wide-range mains voltage, which can fit the power grid standards of most developing countries. Its small size and light weight make it easy to place and install. When city electricity is available, it directly supplies power to electrical loads and charges the battery at the same time; once mains power is interrupted, it switches to battery inverter mode instantly, ensuring no power break for routers, lights and other essential devices.
Main Functional Advantages
1. Mains priority automatic transfer system
The device follows utility power first working mode. As long as city power is normal, it uses mains power to supply loads and charge storage batteries continuously. In case of sudden power outage, it switches to battery inversion mode immediately, no delay, which can avoid data loss and equipment damage caused by sudden power failure, very suitable for communication equipment and household daily appliances.
2. Intelligent floating charging system
Adopts constant voltage floating charging mode, charging voltage range DC14V-14.9V, maximum charging current 9A-11A. The built-in LCD display shows real-time battery voltage and charging current clearly. It will stop charging automatically after the battery is fully charged, effectively prevent battery overcharging, extend the service life of lead-acid batteries greatly.
3. Multiple comprehensive safety protection functions
The main control chip monitors the whole working state in real time, including overvoltage protection, undervoltage battery protection, overload protection, charging circuit short-circuit protection and charging reverse connection protection. When abnormal conditions happen, the inverter will cut off output automatically to protect itself and connected electrical appliances.
